An old school classic. It has 5 panels, with a padded front and mesh back and sides. The peak is pre-curved, and an adjustable plastic strap changes the size. Available in 9 different colours.

AS Colour Davie Six Panel Cap

Lightweight, 100% cotton, and one size fits all. The Davie is the classic 'dad' cap, with the added luxuries of a metal clasp size adjuster, and tonal under-peak lining.

AS Colour Finn Five Panel Cap

Mid weight, one size fits all cap with an adjustable plastic clasp. The Finn also features metal side eyelets, and a stylish profile. Like the Davie, the fabric is 100% cotton.

Do You Offer Discounts on Bbulk Printed Caps?

We certainly do. Bulk hat orders are cheaper, per unit, and the more you buy, the greater the discount. Our current DTG printing discounts on custom caps are:

  • 5+ items: 5%
  • 10+ items: 10%
  • 20+ items: 15%
  • 30+ items: 20%

Where Are PrintLocker's Customised Caps From?

Our main suppliers are AS Colour, Gildan, RAMO, Anvil and Sportage. All our caps are ethically sourced from sweat-shop-free suppliers with an FLA and or WRAP accreditation.

What Should I Do if I Want a Style or Colour That Isn’t on Your Website?

How Is Your Printing Quality on Caps and Hats?

We use state-of-the-art direct-to-garment printing for smaller orders. This offers high-resolution prints that preserve all the finer details. It is perfect for photographic images and full-colour designs. We can also do screen printing for larger runs, which is typically better for simpler designs.
