    Bring your own and we'll print it for you! Choose the colour closest to your BYO bag, select the quantity and you're ready to start designing. If you have specific print sizes/drops, please leave a clear note in the instruction box at checkout. For screen printing or embroidery (minimums apply) please email us at hello@printlocker.com.au.

    IMPORTANT BYO INFO - Before placing your order, it's important you take the time to read the following BYO information regarding the possible risks and stock delivery requirements.

    BYO Decoration: We’ll choose the most suitable decoration method for your order based on bag fabric, style and artwork. 

    BYO Stock: We may decline unsuitable fabrics or styles. Our goal is to provide you with the best results so we'll let you know if we feel there may be an issue. Please also be aware that as your BYO bags may not be something we normally stock and therefore are untested, (print tested, wash tested etc) we're unable to guarantee the longevity of the prints. If you follow the recommended care instructions they should be fine, it's just something you should be aware of.  

    BYO Risks: BYO is at your own risk; we don’t replace damaged/misprinted items with matching items you have supplied. We will either refund the print cost or, you have the option to choose one of our bags that is similar style as a replacement.
    In circumstances where BYO stock is already partially decorated (eg existing embroidery, screen print etc), we do not accept responsibility for replacing this – we always advise that further decorations be added after the DTG/DTF decoration has been completed.

    Spares/Extras: We suggest supplying a couple of extra bags in case of a mishap, whether it be mechanical or human error.

    Paperwork: Please ensure a full size breakdown/packing list is included with your BYO stock delivery.

    Print Preferences: If you have specific print sizes, please provide clear instructions and/or a mock-up.

    Hygiene: Your bags don't have to be brand new however please ensure they're washed and ironed before dropping them to us.

    Preparation: BYO stock should be unpacked, neatly folded and grouped in sizes and also be sticker/tag-free, ready for printing. 

    Delivery: BYO stock should be marked clearly with your name, contact number and order number.

    Extra fees: There may be additional charges if we need to unpack, de-tag, sort, wash and iron BYO stock prior to decorating.

    Shipping

    If you require your delivery by a certain date please be sure to let us know and we’ll do our absolute best to get your order to you on time. Production time is based on us having stock on hand, if there are stock issues we'll get in touch as soon as possible. If there are artwork issues or changes to the order such as garment sizes, shipping address etc this may also affect production time.

    Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched and is with your designated carrier, your delivery may be affected by delays that are beyond our control. Your shipping costs are calculated by quantity at checkout.  Please scroll down for helpful links regarding delivery times, delays and tracking your delivery    .

    Note: International Parcel Post delivery is currently between 10-30 business days depending on destination. DHL Express is currently between 4-7 business days depending on destination.
