If you need your order by a specific date, just leave us a note at checkout—and be sure to select express shipping if you're on a tight deadline. We’ll do our absolute best to get your order to you on time!
Production times are based on having stock readily available. If there’s a stock issue, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that any changes to your order—such as garment sizes, artwork adjustments, or shipping address updates—can extend production time.
We’re based in Melbourne, and you can check Victorian public holidays here. It’s a good idea to keep these dates in mind and place your orders early to avoid any delays or disappointment — things tend to get a little hectic around public holidays!
